Stacy Deemar has been using creative drama as an instructional methodology to foster students’ critical thinking for over twenty-five years in various educational settings. Having worked with a variety of learners from adults to kindergarteners, Stacy’s tailored approach honors each individual’s needs to maximize their potential. Committed to developing and sustaining innovative, engaging, and transformative learning environments, she specializes in curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitating instruction for a variety of businesses and institutions. With expertise in acting, directing, and playwriting, she excels at assisting people in designing creative solutions, building relevant skills in their workplace, and linking new information with each learner's existing knowledge.

Stacy earned her Doctor of Education in Innovative Teaching and Learning from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, Master of Arts in Educational Theatre from New York University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from New York University. She enjoys cooking, bicycle riding, reading, movies, theatre, and laughing. She is married with twin boys and resides in a northern suburb of Chicago.
